1 cup buttermilk

1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
1 1/2 cups frozen raspberries
1 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup unsalted butter for frosting
4 cups powdered sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch for fruit filling
Red gel paste for frosting color
Blue food gel for frosting color
White nonpareils or sugar stars for decoration
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
Grease and flour a 9×13-inch baking pan
